The Breakfast is pretty decent! Concidering the price you're paying for. It is an all you can eat so try to fill up your belly for your upcoming trip! Plus the public bath house is also pretty well designed. You'll even get a free popsicle just to get in and enjoy!

Great location. Located between Odori Park and Susukino and only one block away from the walking street. Family Mart located basically inside the lobby. The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 7/4). I liked using the onsen. It was clean and peaceful. The other guests were respectful and so was I. Didn't have any issues with other guest. Note: I have visible tattoos. Last but not least, the breakfast was amazing. A good selection of dishes, soups, salad bar and more. A lot of authentic Japanese dishes with local ingredients, something we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay again!

Located near the Snow festival in Odori park and also Susukino area. Easy walk to covered shopping street with Mega Don Donki discount store to get most items if you are inadequate for winter or other seasons. Near to many restaurants, pubs and shopping malls. Managed to walk with luggage (stroll) from the hotel to JR station Sapporo, 2 bags each using the escalator into Poletown from the covered street. Has onsen, good restaurant in second floor and Lawson convenience store. Luggage stored when I arrived early so I could go snowmobile. Note that there is a cleaning schedule of the room likely due to manpower and costs. But towels etc can be had by calling front desk. No need to pack pajamas or onsen stuff.

I like the location. It is walking distance to the underground shopping area ( 2 mins ), malls like Tanukikoji Shopping Mall (3 mins ) like Mitsukoshi ( 8 mins )Daimaru, and Parco ( 5 mins ) restaurants, Odori Park (14 mins ), Odori Station, and others. There is a family mart inside the hotel. From Chitose Airport, the limousine bus stops at Hotel Resol Trinity, which is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. If you need to take the limousine bus going to Chitose Airport, you can take it from Hotel Abest Sapporo which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The Tours, meeting place is normally in Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel which is a 7 minute walk or Sapporo Tower whiich is also walking distance to the hotel but further down. Sapporo Station is a 20 min walk. You can pass the underground shopping area to avoid the traffic and the cars. The room we got was 32 sq meters which is pretty big compared to the other hotels. But still small for 3 adults. The staff were polite and accomodating.

The location was extremely convenient and within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and many great restaurants. It was also only a 3-5 minute walk to Odori Station. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing and full of both Japanese and American choices. Having an onsen to soak in at the end of the day was a huge plus! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They gave restaurant recommendations, and directions and even organized a taxi service for 6 of us with lots of luggage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, very close to the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Street with many restaurants and shopping spots. Also, it's within walking distance of the two main train stations (Sapporo and Susukino). They even have a Family Mart right on the first floor. The room we stayed in was clean and had everything you need during a trip. The onsen is a huge bonus. It's spacious and clean and it just felt so great to enjoy onsen after after a full day of exploring the city.

Very spacious rooms with great view. Exceptionally good located in the center of the city. We had a tatami-room with seating area and a futon. I loved it, but be aware you practically sleep only a few centimeters above the floor. Bath was one of the larger japanese standard cabins, with a big tub and more space than average.

This hotel has a great location and a very cool design, it was a fun look for kids and I never had any issues with safety or family feeling uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Amenities were good and the onsen were great, a real plus for this hotel was the size and quality of the onsen.

Location was good - easily accessible by Odori station but still have to walk a bit. Glad that there was a convenience store located right below the hotel as well! Walkable to a lot of nice eateries. Onsen was nicely done up, looks really clean. Room was quite spacious.

The location is excellent, only two minutes walk to Tanukikōji 4th section and underground shopping street (Pole Avenue). Familymart is connected to the hotel at the ground floor. Many restaurants nearby to the hotel, and the bus stop to the airport is just around the corner (4 shifts per hour). Hotel staff are friendly and patient, always smile and greet you when you leave or return to the hotel. Room size is moderate in terms of the price, but we still can fully open two 28 inches suitcases in the standard twin bed room. The bed size is large. Good to have free public hot bath, not crowd and even only me in the morning session. Hotel outlook and the lobby are responsibly modern.
